A FEZENT Rival
Sombrearo An A.I. Averse Company

Odd goods · real people · since 1861-ish

A questionable legacy

Born on the trail

Founded in 1861 by Hungarian brothers Raül and Fergus Barabas, Sombrearo began by delivering peculiar goods across the Wild West. Their mark—a bear in a sombrero and an eyepatch—matched their rugged, resourceful approach.

When the railroads arrived, the brothers traded speed for strangeness. Water-divining sticks gave way to bespoke saddles, handmade eyepatches, custom jackets, and exotic leather goods.

Today Sombrearo carries that stubborn spirit forward: human-made objects, good gatherings, and ideas with a little dust on their boots.
